Timo Lucas, P.Eng
Director
Timo, a highly experienced professional in the HVAC industry, has an impressive background that includes being a director and founding member of BOMA’s Victoria chapter. He has also served as the past President of the Vancouver Island ASHRAE Chapter, demonstrating his commitment to industry leadership. Prior to his current position at ClimaChange Solutions, Timo held the role of National Sales Manager for a prominent HVAC manufacturer and supplier. With decades of experience supporting HVAC consulting engineers and contractors, Timo brings a wealth of knowledge to the company and our clients.
He is currently an active member on several HVAC Manufacturer’s representative councils, showcasing his expertise and solidifying his reputation as a trusted professional in the industry.
Timo enjoys spending time with his family, a round of golf and bowling.
Greg Burke, P.Eng
Director
Greg is an experienced director at ClimaChange Solutions, with 11 years of expertise in the HVAC industry as a Manufacturer Representative. Greg has a broad interest in all things system-related within the HVAC field, with a particular focus on Health Care, Schools, Multi-Residential projects and Electrification of buildings. Greg’s involvement in ASHRAE and leadership as the head of his regional chapter showcases his dedication to advancing industry standards. Additionally, his active participation on multiple representative councils for the products represented by ClimaChange Solutions demonstrates his commitment to innovation and finding cutting-edge solutions for clients.
During his free time, Greg enjoys playing golf, snowboarding and mountain biking.
Gerardo Molina
Account Executive
Gerardo is an Account Executive for ClimaChange Solutions and has over 24 years of experience in the HVAC industry as a Project Manager for building automation system installations and more recently as a Sales Engineer for HVAC systems. He is consistently recognized as a top performer and has actively participated in several representative councils over the years. Gerardo specializes in collaborating with consulting engineers to achieve practical HVAC solutions for his clients.
In his spare time, Gerardo enjoys crosswords, music and likes to paddle board and spend time with his family outdoors.
